A global initiative to protect athletes and their mental health.

In 2024, every Powerade-sponsored athlete became part of The Athletes Code - an amendment added to the contracts to protect athletes if they need to pause to take care of their mental health, without the fear of losing their sponsorship. Inspired by Simone Biles and all athletes who face mental health challenges during their careers, The Athletes Code aims to change sports sponsorship forever.
